Debugman
DebugMan for Oracle Database is an easy yet powerful tool that allows you to debug PL/SQL code as well as create new PL/SQL or SQL scripts or queries. It's fast, easy and user friendly way how to work with Oracle.
You'll also find useful that you can just copy the application to the USB drive and run on the customer's PC to edit the PL/SQL part of database.
The RC (release candidate) version is freeware so you can test the DebugMan and use it as you need. The first commercial version will be available soon and it is going to be the low-cost useful Oracle tool.
DebugMan is available for windows platform. It also has the ability to connect the Oracle Database without client installed on the PC, however in this case you can not use the debugger but just as PL/SQL or SQL editor.
The editor is multi-purpose tool that allows you to run either SQL or PL/SQL code as well as easy or large queries and edit the result set right in the grid and post changes to the database. The user interface has multi-tab feature so you can have opened as many scripts or queries as you need.
